Our Mission
At Cladding Source, our mission is to provide design and material selection guidance that ensures that our clients achieve affordable and accessible designs to create the greatest return on value.
We specialize in the design, specification and integration of architectural facade and modular interior solutions, primarily focused on new or retrofit solutions for commercial, industrial and cold storage distribution warehouse properties.
We partner with leading manufacturers and suppliers to support specifications and fabrication of products and systems for Division 7, 9 and 13.
Building from within
Cladding Source stems from a 25-year history of advanced building envelope materials, with industry leading knowledge within the controlled environment, cold storage and distribution warehouse markets.
We envisioned an opportunity to combine 14 years of insulated metal panel expertise in thermal construction with innovative facade systems with two goals in mind
One, provide architects, developers and owners innovative materials to enhance the appeal, use and value of their commercial and industrial real estate assets.
Two, create broader access and expanded project scope of architectural materials and services to speciality and thermal cladding contractors serving the industrial property sector.
